I got laundry wash, dried, folded and put away today. I think that is my only accomplishment of the day! Just one of those days. I don’t have a lot going on to do. I really need to explore grants for Love in Action but that didn’t happen today. I have to be in the right mood for that and today wasn’t it.

Got three more boxes from Amazon that others ordered for the Go Bags. I think I have a system lined out now to track what comes in and what was ordered so I can ensure all that items ordered get here. Split shipments really throw me off though. Sometimes I get a tag telling me who it is from and other times I don’t. Will do the best I can with the information I get to make sure all is accounted for.

Need to go to Emporia tomorrow and pick up another prescription that is ready. I missed getting this one yesterday by about two hours. Dang it anyways. Will attempt to pick up a few groceries while I am there. Sometimes I can make myself do that sometimes I can’t. We shall see what happens tomorrow.

Thursday I take Roxy in to get her stitches out. She has healed up nicely from her two incisions and it should be an easy visit. I do want to remember to ask for a written copy of the biopsy results so I know for sure what type of cancer she has. The vet told me but I have no idea what she said. Those terms are not normally part of my vocabulary so I didn’t remember them.

Friday I am going to the reception for the Captain of the Detention Center who is retiring this week. He is the one that allowed Love in Action to be a guest in his house and do what we do. After the reception I am going to the high school football game to watch Ellexia cheer. Saturday I have an event to go to in the afternoon for a short bit.

Still feeling like I am sitting in the in-between space. Still not sure what I am in-between but thinking it is more world energy than my own. Things are speeding up and happening fast in the bigger world right now and I feel a huge shift coming. It will be a challenging time for many.

During times like that I do my best to stay grounded so I can be full and open to noticing my neighbors that may need a helping hand. The cuts the Big Beautiful Bill made are starting to make themselves known and the hurt they are and will continue to cause is big. May my heart remain open so I can be a guiding light to others.

Grateful for a cooler day and open windows, grateful to take another day of rest, and grateful for all the supplies that are arriving daily for the Go Bags.
