We arrived at our destination around 4:15. Travel was easy today although there were times of heavy traffic. We stopped for breakfast at Waffle House and only stopped for gas and rest areas after that. We traveled almost 1,000 miles to get here.
Jim’s brother fixed a nice dinner for us this evening. After dinner we took a short walk down the road. It felt good to stretch my foot and get out and walk for a bit.
I am tired tonight. It isn’t even 9:00 here which is 8:00 back home and I am ready to go to bed. I slept good last night so not sure why I am so tired tonight. Sitting in a car must be tiring.
I think I will go take a shower and go to bed early. Anytime sleep can find me I welcome it.
