Working on embracing the wind! Man! The wind is in a big hurry today. Trusting it will blow in some rain and the snow in the forecast will go around us. Not ready to go back to winter after having two days in the 80’s. I am on the edge of the severe storm warning area so may see my first thunderstorm of the season this afternoon.
Sent a request to my Doctor today for a referral to a Cardiologist. I have been having some weird symptoms that I’m not sure I can even find words for. Intuition tells me I need to see a cardiologist. I may be wrong and it isn’t necessary but with my big trip to Italy coming up I don’t want to take a chance. Trusting I will hear back from his office today with an appointment date for sometime next week.
Today and tomorrow is empty space for me. Nothing on my to-do list. Have some cleaning I can do if the mood strikes. I did get my bathroom and laundry room cleaned yesterday. Still need to do my bedroom. Too early to clean for the guests that are coming next weekend.
Six bookings so far through Airbnb. Another guest called me today to book for one night. Two of her friends are staying here the weekend of the Symphony so she is coming to join them. I will have a full house that evening as two other guests have booked that night through Airbnb.
Had trouble falling asleep last night. Finally took a sleeping pill and then was able to sleep good for several hours. One of these days that will happen without the need for a pill.
Sitting with a bit of unease today. Thinking it is the wind as much as anything. These weird symptoms I am having have me distracted too. Wish I could define them better.
Grateful for bookings, grateful for the freedom of empty space, and grateful for the beauty in the clouds today.
Kay – I don’t know if it would be possible to get on a waitlist for the Symphony weekend? I am a volunteer photographer for them. I stayed there a couple of years ago and really loved it. Thanks!
Kathleen I will be happy to put you on a list. I’ll check with the lady that signed up today and see if she would be open to sharing a room. If so I would have a bed for you.
